V60-02 CERAMIC DRIPPER - HARIO

The dripper comes with a polypropylene measuring cup. Brewing an infusion in a dripper requires filters and coffee beans. The paper filter allows the coffee to flow by gravity, resulting in an aromatic, contamination-free infusion.
This dripper model is the basic unit in this series, allowing you to prepare 1 to 4 coffees (up to 500 ml). It is particularly recommended for preparing lightly roasted coffees with medium or coarse ground coffee. Dark roasted and finely ground coffees prepared for use in an espresso machine will likely be less successful.
The ceramic material prevents the container from receiving the heat from the infusion. The conical shape and special grooves inside the dripper ensure perfect water flow.

PREPARATION
1. Fold the paper filter along the seams and place it in the dripper, place it in the container from which you will serve the coffee. Then add medium ground coffee (10-12 g) and gently level the surface (to do this, shake the filter)
2. Boil the water, wait a little, and pour a little water over the coffee. Do not pour water over the filter wall directly onto the surface of the coffee. Let it sit for 30 seconds.
3. Add the remaining water in a circular motion until the infusion is complete. The infusion process should take no more than 3 minutes.
