PREPARATION
The seed bag is immersed in a container with warm boiled water and left for 8 to 10 hours. Then, drain the water and leave the seeds in the container for 2 to 3 days at room temperature, rinsing thoroughly with water 1 to 2 times a day. After 2-3 days, the sprouts are ready to eat. One bag can produce about 40 g of sprouts after 2 days.

ATTENTION
Microroots may resemble mold. Product not suitable for young children. May contain hard seeds. Use caution after ingestion.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place. Protect from light and direct sunlight. Refrigerate sprouted seeds and consume within a few days.
