USE < br /> Pour 1 teaspoon of the product (4 g) into a cup of cooled water, juice, or yogurt. Consume after slight swelling. You should drink 1 additional glass of liquid. 4 g of psyllium seeds is the daily dose.

NOTICED
Do not eat overnight. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. People with diabetes or on insulin therapy should consult a doctor before consuming them. The product should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before or after taking medication, due to possible delayed absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
