Almond and poppy seed granola is a great option for a breakfast full of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Oatmeal is a source of energy and easily digestible fiber, which, by swelling the intestines, causes a feeling of satiety for a long time, thus reducing the urge to snack. Dietary fiber helps cleanse and streamline the intestines. Granola contains almonds, which are a source of zinc, potassium, magnesium, vitamin E, and B vitamins. Zinc and vitamin E support a healthy skin appearance, potassium supports good muscle tone and helps regulate blood pressure, and B vitamins and magnesium ensure the proper functioning of the peripheral nervous system. We can also find many essential ingredients in blue poppy seeds. It contains folic acid, iron, sodium, and B vitamins.
Granola is free of white sugar; its perfect substitute is maple syrup, rich in antioxidants and polyphenols. Granola pairs perfectly with milk, plant-based drinks, or yogurt.
