DESCRIPTION
Organic soybean granules are skimmed soy flour produced by extrusion. It is characterized by a high protein and dietary fiber content. It is a perfect meat substitute, so it can be used as a filling ingredient for cabbage rolls, dumplings, spaghetti sauce, soups, pasta, or as a vegetable topping.

HOW TO PREPARE
Pour boiling water over the granules and let them steep, covered, for a few minutes. When they swell, add herbs or spices. They can also be roasted in a pan and then used for cooking.
