Nothing simpler:
Organic unroasted buckwheat is most often used as a dinner ingredient in combination with vegetables or stews, and as an addition to soups, stews, and pâtés. Due to its high carbohydrate and fiber content, unroasted buckwheat is very satisfying. After harvesting, it is not subjected to heat treatment, so it provides more nutrients than roasted groats. It also has a much milder flavor. Finding an application for unroasted buckwheat is not a problem, even for a culinary novice. It can be served with sauces, vegetables, or as a stew and addition to soup. It is delicious when accompanied by meat, mushrooms, and fish. Unroasted buckwheat in a five-kilogram package is an economical choice because you can use the groats for a longer period of time. Buckwheat from Polish crops also has an organic certificate confirming its ecological origin.
Before eating, boil the buckwheat in salted water in a ratio of 1 part water to 2 parts groats. Simmer the groats for about 20 minutes.
