DESCRIPTION

Sesame halva is traditionally made in many countries in the Middle East, the Balkans, and Eastern Europe (mainly from sunflower seeds). Each of these regions is characterized by a slightly different selection of additives, such as poppy seeds, nuts, or dried fruits. Sesame seeds are rich in micro and macro elements such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, but also iron, copper, and manganese. They are also a natural source of niacin, i.e., vitamin B3 and its derivatives. They support metabolic processes, promote blood circulation in the skin, and also help lower bad cholesterol levels. Halva is perfect for a nutritious snack or dessert. Due to its richness in valuable substances, it can successfully replace other sweets.
Organic sesame halva contains high-quality, certified organic ingredients. Some of the sugar has been replaced with tapioca syrup. The addition of natural vanilla gives the halva a pleasant flavor and aroma, making the sesame bitterness even less noticeable.
