DESCRIPTION
Organic Jaś White beans are best known as the main ingredient in baked beans, a popular ingredient on Polish tables. They are perfect for soups, stews, spreads, and pâtés, as well as salads. They are an excellent source of plant-based fiber and protein.

PREPARATION
Pre-soak and rinse the beans for at least 12 hours. Cook them in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Do not add salt until the beans are cooked through.
