100% organic Jas white beans.

DESCRIPTION
Organic Jas white beans are particularly known as the main ingredient of the popular "fasolka po bretońsku" on Polish tables. They are perfect for soups, one-pot dishes, pastes, and salads. They are an excellent source of fiber and plant-based protein.

PREPARATION
Beans previously soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed should be cooked until tender in fresh unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
