Melissa leaf - 69%, cinnamon - 9%, hop cone - 8%, hawthorn fruit - 6%, cloves - 4%, nutmeg - 4%.

The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion is respectively
Melissa - 2.76 g, cinnamon - 0.36 g, hop cone - 0.32 g, hawthorn fruit - 0.24 g, clove - 0.16 g, nutmeg - 0.16 g.

Application:
This is a composition of ideally selected herbs, particularly recommended for stressed individuals. Lemon balm and hawthorn alleviate states of anxiety, irritability, and mental tension and facilitate falling asleep. Hops calm the nervous system. Cinnamon helps cope with fatigue and provides energy. Cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg give the herbal tea a subtle and spicy aroma.

Directions for use:
Steep 1 tea bag in boiling water (200 ml) under a lid for 10 minutes. Drink the freshly prepared infusion 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage:
Store in a dry place, out of reach of young children.
