Tart cherry extract has antioxidant effects (neutralizing free radicals) and anti-inflammatory properties. It has a protective effect on the cardiovascular system by reducing triglycerides and cholesterol. Additionally, it protects muscles from damage caused by physical exercise and shortens recovery time after exertion. The melatonin contained in the cherry can improve the quality and duration of sleep.

INGREDIENTS
Cherry extract, rice flour, gelatin (capsule shell), magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents).

APPLICATION METHOD
One capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
