Garlic is primarily known for its immune-supporting properties. It inhibits the growth of bacteria. It contains flavone compounds, B vitamins, vitamin C, and provitamin A. It also contains saponins, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chromium, nickel, and cobalt. However, its effect is primarily influenced by essential oils, primarily allicin, which gives it its characteristic odor. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Adults 1 capsule per day.
