DESCRIPTION
This neutral, versatile high-temperature cooking and frying oil is the standard for everyday cooking. It is pressed from sunflower seeds, which are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. After pressing, it undergoes a brief steam treatment to ensure the product's neutral taste. This allows you to preserve the natural aroma of dishes prepared at high temperatures. The oil is ideal for frying beef and fish, but also for baking and frying up to 210°C.
