Raw linseed oil is pressed from carefully selected and tested golden flax seeds of domestic origin. The oil is cold-pressed, which preserves the 100% natural composition of the plant. In addition, the fatty acids it contains remain unchanged. Flaxseed oil is a product that can be considered our Polish superfood. Its valuable properties were already appreciated in ancient times. This oil is pressed from the seeds of common flax. It has a yellow color, a pungent odor, and a specific taste.
This is a virgin oil, it contains no artificial colors or preservatives. It is an oil pressed in small batches, packaged in dark glass bottles. This oil is a rich source of Essential Unsaturated Fatty Acids (EFAs), which our body is unable to produce on its own. Therefore, we must deliver them to the body with food. EFAs are commonly known: OMEGA-3, OMEGA-6, OMEGA-9. Their deficiency in our body is the cause of many dysfunctions. This oil is characterized by the appropriate ratio of omega fatty acids for our body. Omega-3 and omega-6 in the right proportions have a positive effect on the cardiovascular system. These polyunsaturated fatty acids affect the condition of the membranes of all cells in our body. They also participate in the synthesis of many processes that affect the circulatory system, its regulation and regeneration.
Additionally, flaxseed oil has a positive effect on the functioning of internal organs and increases immunity. It helps soothe skin problems, supports skin hydration, and increases its resistance to external environmental factors. It also contains high levels of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. It is called the vitamin of youth because it slows down the aging process and, by removing free radicals from our body, has a positive effect on the entire body and protects it from many diseases. This vitamin affects the proper functioning of vision, and its deficiency can increase susceptibility to infections.
Edible flaxseed oil can be used in salads, breads, smoothies, and fruit smoothies. However, it's important to remember that this oil should not be heated to avoid losing its nutritional value. Flaxseed oil can also be used externally. It's an ingredient in many cosmetic products, but it can also be applied directly to the skin for oiling and massaging skin and hair. It helps soothe skin problems, supports skin hydration, and increases its resistance to external environmental factors. It moisturizes hair and helps combat split ends.

INTERESTS
The first information about linseed oil dates back to around 650 BC. Hippocrates recommended the use of this oil for problems with the digestive system.
Flaxseed oil is the staple ingredient of the "Budwig Diet." Its name comes from the German biochemist Johanna Budwig. Oils with a high linolenic content are often referred to as "Budwig."
Linseed oil is used in painting to protect the surface of paints.

Low-linolenic oils, i.e., contain a very small amount of omega-3 fatty acids and a very large amount of omega-6 fatty acids.
