cold-pressed oil from a mixture of: soybeans* (Glycine max L.) 40%, black cumin seeds* (Nigella sativa L.) 19.5%, linseed* (Camelina sativa L.) 19.5%, milk thistle seeds* (Silybum marianum L.) 19.5%, hawthorn flower and fruit extract (10:1)* (Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) 1.5% (* certified organic ingredient).

DESCRIPTION
Oil supplementing the diet with unsaturated fatty acids: EPA, DHA and linoleic acid (LA), linolenic acid (ALA), vitamins C and E. The oil is intended for adults, especially elderly women and postmenopausal breastfeeding women, as well as children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION < /strong>
Consume 1 serving of 20g of oil (22ml = 2 tablespoons) per day, once or in divided portions, e.g. 2 times a day 1 tablespoon each, preferably with a meal. The oil can also be used as an additive in salads. The 250ml pack contains approximately 11 servings of the product.

REMARKS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store at a refrigerated temperature of 4-6°C, in a tightly closed container, away from light and oxygen, and out of reach of young children.
