INGREDIENTS
cold pressed oil from a mixture of: pumpkin seeds* (Cucurbita pepo L.) 49.5%, flax seeds* (Linum usitatissimum L.) 19.5%, rapeseed* (Brassica napus L.) 19.5%, nettle seeds* (Urtica dioica L.) 9.5%, common nettle root extract (10:1)* (Urtica dioica L.) and willow herb * (Epilobium parviflorum L.) 2%, (* certified organic ingredient).

DESCRIPTION
Cold-pressed oil from a blend of pumpkin, flax, and nettle seeds, specially selected to ensure the correct composition and content of fatty acids, vitamins, and plant sterols. The addition of nettle root extract and small-flowered willowherb enriches the oil with polyphenolic compounds with antioxidant properties. The oil is intended for adults, especially older men.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION
Consume 1 serving of 20g of oil (22ml = 2 tablespoons) per day, once or in divided portions, e.g. 2 times a day 1 tablespoon each, preferably with a meal. The oil can also be used as an additive in salads. The 250ml package contains 11 servings of the product.

REMARKS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
