DESCRIPTION :

Inulin, a fructooligosaccharide (FOS), is a soluble prebiotic fiber that resists digestion and reaches the colon essentially intact. Probiotic bacteria in the gut consume inulin, which in turn produces short-chain fatty acids that nourish the cells lining the colon. Inulin thus helps maintain intestinal health and function. Inulin has a pleasant taste that adds a slight sweetness to foods and beverages, but has a very low glycemic index and will not negatively affect serum glucose levels.

COMPOSITION :

Inulin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 teaspoon 1 to 3 times daily. Mix with your favorite beverage or food. Start with 1 teaspoon daily and slowly increase the dose to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
