PREPARATION AND STORAGE METHOD:
Recommended daily portion: Dissolve 1 and 1/2 scoops (4.5 g) of powder in 200 ml of lukewarm or cold water, beverage, or add to food. Consume three times a day. Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature, out of reach of children.

WARNINGS AND INFORMATION:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Beneficial effects occur with an intake of 12 g of inulin per day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
