Inulin, naturally found in chicory, is a fructooligosaccharide, a fiber with a very low glycemic index (14) and a calorie content of 1.6 kcal/g, which means it does not raise blood glucose levels. Inulin is classified as a prebiotic that increases the content of beneficial bacteria in the intestine, mainly bifidobacteria. The beneficial effects of bifidobacteria are considered to include a reduction in pH value in the intestine, an increase in the production of short-chain fatty acids and vitamin production, stimulation of intestinal function which enhances the efficiency of digestion and absorption. It may also have an immune system strengthening effect by providing a favorable environment for the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora. It also influences the bioavailability of certain minerals such as magnesium, calcium, zinc, and iron.

APPLICATION
One measure per day mixed with your favorite drink or food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
