May contain: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, crustaceans, fish, soy.

Directions for use

Mix 1/3 of a dose of product (1.66 g) with 180-250 ml of cold water; take 30-60 minutes before a meal. Do not consume within 4 hours before bedtime.

Contraindications

Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin 3-gallate (-). Do not consume if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor by children under 18 years of age. Do not consume on an empty stomach.

Notes

The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Contains caffeine (67 mg per daily serving); do not consume with other caffeine sources or other ingredients with similar effects. The product is intended for people with increased physical activity. EGCG content: 1.24 mg.
