Once a day 50 ml (2 scoops) or 25 ml (1 scoop) twice a day half an hour before a meal. The recommended daily dose (50 ml) contains 1500 mg of nettle leaf extract, which corresponds to 6 g of plant material. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Keep out of reach of young children, in a cool, dry place, after opening, store at a temperature of +2°C to +6°C for no longer than 21 days.
