DESCRIPTION:
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a natural organic sulfur compound. It is naturally present in small amounts in fresh fruits, vegetables, some grains, and milk, but it is mainly taken as a supplement for higher doses. It is also present in our body, where it plays a role in the synthesis of collagen and keratin, proteins essential for the health of joints, skin, hair, and nails.

Ingredients: sulfur (methylsulfonylmethane)/OptiMSM®/ 99.9%, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide 0.1%, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Recommended usage: 2 g (½ scoop) per day, mix with 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. Consume once a day, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
Storage: Store in a closed container at room temperature, out of reach of young children.
Notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the preparation's ingredients. The preparation should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as by children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
