L-glutamine

The product is obtained by microbial fermentation and does not contain any other substances.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Mix 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) in 170-240 ml of liquid and consume on an empty stomach. For athletes, best results will be achieved by supplementing with 2 g of glutamine after exercise.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
