L-Leucine AjiPure L-Leucine 500mg 60 capsules SWANSON

L-Leucine is classified among essential amino acids and must therefore be supplied to the body through diet. Of all the BCAAs (the three branched-chain amino acids which, in addition to L-leucine, also include L-isoleucine and L-valine), leucine is the most powerful activator of the enzyme known as mTOR kinase (its activation can have a positive effect on muscle protein synthesis). Leucine is metabolized into a number of metabolites, one of which, HMB, is available as a standalone supplement. Leucine stimulates insulin secretion by the pancreas, alone or in synergy with carbohydrates, is oxidized in muscles, and can be an energy source used for exercise. Leucine regulates the activity of neurotransmitter precursors in the brain and the release of enkephalins, which influence sensations of pleasure and satisfaction.

INGREDIENTS
L-Leucine, vegetable capsule shell: cellulose, rice flour, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

APPLICATION
One capsule per day 1 to 2 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
