Folic acid is a B vitamin, specifically B9. Vitamin B9 is an entire group of compounds that includes approximately 150 forms of folic acid. It occurs naturally in the form of folic acid salts, and there are approximately 20 types. It is found in spinach, cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus. In smaller amounts, it is also found in beans, lentils, beets, walnuts, sunflower seeds, bananas, and avocados.
Folates in the human body are responsible for maintaining proper homocysteine metabolism, participating in blood production, and maintaining normal psychological functions. Due to their positive effect on the nervous system, they help combat symptoms of fatigue and improve mood. They support the proper functioning of the immune system. They participate in the process of cell division and support the proper synthesis of amino acids. Deficiencies can lead to insomnia, memory impairment, hypersensitivity, and digestive disorders.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 capsule per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation. The preparation should not be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
