In terms of composition, goat's milk is a cloudy white liquid. This extremely nutritious white emulsion, obtained from domestic goats specially bred for its production, has a high content of vitamins - A, D, C, group B - and minerals - magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus, copper, iron, potassium, sodium, selenium and calcium. Due to the low content of allergenic casein proteins and lactose, goat's milk is recommended for children and people allergic to cow's milk. Goat's milk has a high content of amino acids responsible for cell regeneration and regulation of the body's endocrine system, including a high content of whey protein, which is more beneficial for health. Goat's milk contains less fat than its cow's counterpart, and it is also distinguished by a slightly sour milk, the so-called goat taste.
