Directions: Consume as an infusion: crush 1 teaspoon of fennel fruit immediately before use (e.g. in a grinder) and pour 1 1/2 cups of boiling water (250 ml) over it. Let it steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain.
Drink the infusion hot and fresh. If the aroma of the infusion is too strong, unground dill berries can be used for its preparation.
