DESCRIPTION
NOW® Sunflower Lecithin contains
phosphatidylcholine, the most abundant phospholipid in the cell membrane, playing
a key role in cell signaling and synaptic function. Sunflower lecithin
is naturally rich in phosphatidyl inositol,
phosphatidyl cetanolamine and essential fatty acids. Dietary lecithin helps emulsify fats, allowing them to be dispersed in water. NOW®
Sunflower lecithin is not genetically modified and does not contain
of soy.
