DESCRIPTION
Organic Black Beluga lentils are one of the most interesting lentil varieties. The name Beluga refers to the caviar, which black lentils closely resemble. Beluga lentils are perfect as an addition to soups, stews, and savory snacks. They pair well with salads and vegetable dishes.

PREPARATION
Boil the previously rinsed lentils in a 1:2 ratio (1 part lentils to 2 parts water) for about 45 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
