The perfect dry baker's yeast with a natural flavor for sweet and savory pastries. Organic yeast is fermented using organic raw materials. The organic yeast is concentrated through a separation and filtration step after fermentation, thus increasing the dry matter content. The yeast paste is extruded and then gently dried in a fluidized bed dryer. Due to its low water content, dry yeast has a long shelf life.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Mix the contents of the package with 500g of flour.
