refined fish oil concentrate (anchovies), gelatin, carrier: glycerin, aqueous intestinal coating, purified water, silicon dioxide, beeswax, caramel coloring, natural flavor, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, antioxidant: tocopherol blend, bulking agent: maltodextrin; rosemary extract.

USAGE :

2 capsules once a day, preferably during a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
