Vitamin A (as palmitate, beta-carotene); Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate); Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) (D3); Vitamin E (as a natural mixture of tocotrienols, tocofersolan); Vitamin K (as K2 (MK7), K1 (phytonadione)); Thiamine (Vitamin B1) (Thiamine Hydrochloride); Niacin (as niacin, niacinamide); Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride); Folate (as calcium folinate); Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin); Biotin; Pantothenic acid (as calcium d-pantothenate); Sodium (as sodium ascorbate); Trimethylglycine (from betaine); Proprietary Blend: Phospholipids (from purified sunflower seed lecithin), Milk Thistle Seed Liquid Extract, Tocotrienols (from Annatto), Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, Lutein; Water, Glycerin, Ethanol, EDTA (as a preservative), Sodium Hydroxide, Natural Citrus Oil, and Natural Flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 ml daily. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Can be dissolved in water. Best consumed on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before a meal. Use within 60 days of opening.
