When I started writing this book, I faced a serious dilemma: how to write a book in which I wanted to convey very serious information about our health, and at the same time, not bore the reader? I wrote the first 30 pages and sent them to friends to ask for their opinion. Some, after reading it, replied saying: "Maybe you pressed too hard on the eyes." But when they read to the end, they quickly replied: "Don't change anything." Others: "not enough humility in the introduction, but... I don't think it's possible otherwise." Others: "you need to tone it down a bit, otherwise we'll get eaten alive." I don't want this book to seem pompous and scientifically "stuffed." It deals with very, very serious health problems, especially those called "incurable" and deadly - is there a more serious subject or value in anyone's life? That doesn't mean a little humor in this book won't hurt. I hope not, because as we often say ourselves, humor, laughter, is... health.

Can the facts be shocking? Of course... this book will shock you by revealing facts not commonly known to patients, but... worse - not known to doctors either. Can cancer be destroyed without chemo or radiotherapy? Yes, it is a fact. Is arteriosclerosis reversible? Of course, that is also a fact. Is atherosclerosis caused by cholesterol? No! - that is also a fact. Can a diabetic patient stop using insulin? Yes, it is an undeniable fact. Is it possible to reduce the risk of cancer by at least 50%? - Yes, it is possible. Is it possible to reduce the risk of type 1 diabetes in children by up to 80%? - Yes, it is possible. Are there non-invasive ways to treat apparently incurable diseases such as Hashimoto's disease (chronic thyroiditis), Graves' disease (hyperthyroidism), and Basedow's disease (hyperthyroidism)?

Severe (hyperthyroidism), rheumatoid arthritis, Buerger's disease, multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia... Yes, such means exist.

""Three to six months maximum" - this is the timeframe often given by oncologists for the survival of a patient with pancreatic cancer with metastases in other organs. But is it possible to extend the life of such a patient to three years or more, and that without chemotherapy? It is possible, it is a fact.

Is a patient with a fatal complication of avian flu, swine flu, etc. doomed to inevitable death or can they be cured? Yes, it is possible.

Can acute hepatitis of different types be cured in a few days without allowing dangerous chronic conditions to develop? Of course yes.

Can the progression of a disease such as multiple sclerosis or lupus be stopped? Many indications say yes.

That is the purpose of this book.
