NOW FOODS L-OPTIZINC 30MG 100 CAPSULES.

Now L-OptiZinc contains a zinc chelate compound in the form of a methionine amino acid derivative and a copper chelate compound in the form of L-aspartate.

Ingredients of 3 capsules:
Zinc (mono-L-methionine sulfate) (chelate) 30mg 300%*
Copper (L-aspartate) (chelate) 0.3mg 30%*

Ingredients:
capsule material: cellulose derivative, bulking agent: rice flour, chemical form of zinc: zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate, chemical form of copper: copper L-aspartate, anti-caking agent: stearic acid.

Does not contain:
Wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish.

Usage:
1 capsule per day with a meal.
