The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains:
• 50 mg of maca extract, including 0.5 mg of glucosinolates,
• 50 mg of ashwagandha root extract, including 3.5 mg of vitanolides,
• 40 mg of Rhodiola rosea root extract, including 1.2 mg of rosavins,
• 40 mg of Chinese citrus extract including 3.6 mg of schizandrins,
• 40 mg of shatavari root extract, including 8 mg of saponins.
