INGREDIENTS
Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactococcus lactis ssp. Lactis, Streptococcus salivarius ssp. Thermophiles, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. Lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. Cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp. Lactis, Streptococcus salivarius, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophicus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Streptococillus plantarum, Lactobacillus thermophiles, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, capsule shell; gelling agent: gellan gum, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take the capsules 15-20 minutes before meals with ½ glass of drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, unless intolerant to dairy products).
You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in the drink.
Duration of use: For optimal effect, it is recommended to take 5-6 weeks. Children up to 6 years old can only take the product after dissolving it in a drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The food supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
Do not consume if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients of the product.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consume the preparation after consulting a doctor.
End of consumption: date on the side of the packaging. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging!
Recommended daily dose: Adults and children over 12 years: 3 to 4 capsules per day, Children 6 to 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day, Children 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule per day (dissolved in a drink).

RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in a cool place at a temperature not exceeding +10°C, out of reach of small children. Only for transport, it can be stored at room temperature.
