Melatonin is secreted in the human body mainly at night, with the highest concentration occurring between midnight and 3:00 a.m. The nighttime serum concentration of melatonin decreases with age, which can already be observed in people around 45 years of age.
Melatonin helps you fall asleep and has a positive effect on regulating sleep phases and duration. In addition, melatonin strengthens the immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties.

INGREDIENTS
Melatonin, lactose (from milk), carrier: calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and fatty acids, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, colors: curcumin and riboflavin.
