Manuka honey is a product exclusively from New Zealand. Its name comes from the Maori language and means "tea tree honey." These are homogeneous honeys, produced from the nectar of plants of the genus Leptospermum scoparium. They have a characteristic flavor; slightly bitter, earthy. They contain many active ingredients. The meaning of honey parameters:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
It is recommended to consume 2 to 3 teaspoons of Manuka honey in the morning or 1 teaspoon 2 to 3 times a day, half an hour before a meal. Do not dissolve the honey in boiling water. It is not recommended for children under 12 months and people allergic to pollen and bee products.
