Hand-crushed mint leaves.

Preparation and storage
Put a few mint leaves in a cup, infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.

Warnings and other information
Mint may reduce milk secretion, so it should be used with caution in breastfeeding women. It is not used in infants and can be given to children for a maximum of one week.
