Passionflower - 1.40 g

Narrow-leaved lavender flower - 1.40 g

Common verbena - 1.40 g

Hops cones - 1.20 g

Sweet cherries - 1.20 g

Common poppy flower - 0.15 g

Melissa promotes optimal relaxation, helps maintain mental and physical well-being, facilitates falling asleep. Passionflower increases the body's resistance to stress, helps achieve peaceful sleep. Lavender promotes optimal relaxation and maintains healthy sleep. Verbena increases the physiological resistance of the body to harsh climatic conditions. Hops have a calming effect on the nervous system. Poppy helps reduce irritability, anxiety, and facilitates relaxation and sleep.

PREPARATION: Pour a glass (200 ml) of hot water over 3 teaspoons (3.0 g) of the mixture and let steep covered for 15 minutes. Drink 3 glasses per day of freshly prepared infusion, before meals.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: infusion of 3 teaspoons (3.0 g) three times a day. Regular consumption of the infusion has the best effect.
