DESCRIPTION:

Sage is a silver-green shrub with highly fragrant leaves. The most cultivated species of sage originally came from the Mediterranean region, but it also grows in North America. The leaves of this common culinary herb are used in medicine and cooking. Sage has one of the longest histories of use among all culinary or medicinal herbs. Herbalists use it externally to treat sprains, swelling, ulcers, and bleeding. Internally, sage leaf tea has long been used to treat sore throats and coughs; it is often used as a gargle. Herbalists have also used it to treat rheumatism, excessive menstrual bleeding, and to dry up breast milk after weaning. It is particularly known for strengthening the nervous system, improving memory, and sharpening the senses.

INGREDIENTS:

Sage leaf extract (Salvia officinalis), humectant: glycerol, purified water.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take 0.5 ml (14 drops) per day, diluted in a small amount of water. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption.
