Vitamin B-6

Vitamin B-6 is a cofactor in many enzymatic reactions and is essential for the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. It facilitates the conversion of amino acids from one to another as needed and is essential for the normal synthesis of hemoglobin, as vitamin B-6 plays an important role in regulating homocysteine metabolism in the body. Homocysteine, a byproduct of the methionine cycle, is known to damage body tissues, especially vascular structures. B-6 is also essential for maintaining a healthy nervous system.

According to the FDA: "As part of a balanced diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, vitamin B6 may reduce the risk of vascular disease. The FDA has evaluated the above claim and concluded that, although diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol are known to reduce the risk of heart disease and other vascular diseases, the evidence supporting the above claim is not conclusive."

Ingredients:

• Rice starch
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)
• Capsule ingredient: coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)

Directions for use:

1 capsule every 7 days during a meal, drinking a glass of water. Take 1 capsule once a week, on the chosen day, for example Monday. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.

Contraindications:

The product is not intended for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the preparation. Do not combine with other preparations containing vitamin B6, such as B complex. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

Storage:

Store in a dry and sunny place, at temperatures up to 25°C. The product should be kept out of reach of young children.
