Magnesium (magnesium diglycinate) (Albion™), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), antioxidant (fatty acid esters and ascorbic acid), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) (BioPerine®) standardized to 96% piperine.

Usage instructions:
Adults: 1 capsule per day with a meal with a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Best before end: date and batch number on the bottom of the packaging.
