Ingredients:
Aquamin® TG seaweed extract, magnesium oxide, magnesium diglycinate, magnesium taurate, magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), calcium salts of citric acid (calcium citrate), anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), maltodextrin, zinc sulfate mono-L-methionine (L-OptiZinc®), anti-caking agents (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, vegetable fatty acids), coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, powdered cellulose), cholecalciferol, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Usage instructions:
1 to 2 tablets per day with a meal, with a glass of water.
