Lithothamnion spp. seaweed powder (Aquamin®) (including: calcium (calcium carbonate), magnesium (magnesium carbonate)), coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable fatty acids), vitamin D (ergocalciferol).

Usage instructions:
Adults: 4 capsules per day with a meal and a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Best consumed before the end: date and batch number on the bottom of the packaging.
