Our mango balsamic cream is a fruity and sweet composition made from handcrafted brandy wine vinegar and organic mango puree.

It pairs perfectly with, for example, extra virgin organic olive oil to create a perfect and substantial vinaigrette. Of course, the cream also goes very well with many other oils, allowing you to prepare sauces endlessly.
