The PharmoVit dietary supplement contains omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids, as well as EPA, DHA, and ALA. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day. The composition has been enriched with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. EPA and DHA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart and support proper brain function, positively influencing memory and concentration. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects are achieved when consuming 2 g of ALA and 10 g of LA per day.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Recommended daily dose: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
