Omega 3 6 9 1000mg 100 capsules NOW FOODS

The preparation contains unsaturated Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids in carefully selected proportions. The NOW® product provides a balanced composition of two essential fatty acids (and their derivatives) that are essential for the proper functioning of many body functions.
Naturally occurring fatty acids are essential for the normal growth and development of human cells and tissues. If the food you eat doesn't contain these acids, it should be enriched with them. The essential fatty acids EPA and DHA are normally a component of the body's cells.
This NOW product provides a balanced composition of two essential fatty acids (and their derivatives), essential for many bodily functions: Omega 3 oils (flaxseed and canola oils) and one Omega 6 oil (evening primrose and blackcurrant). On the other hand, oleic acid in the form of Omega 9 oil (canola and flaxseed) is a monounsaturated fatty acid which, although not considered essential, has a beneficial effect on humans.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
2 capsules 1 to 3 times a day with a meal.
