All you have to do is specify the amount of filling, and the pillow will take the shape that suits you and fill the space under your neck, so you can feel comfortable in any position. The shaped pillow stabilizes and supports the cervical spine. It doesn't collapse, so the neck and back muscles don't tense up while you sleep. On the contrary, tense muscles can relax and regenerate. The pillow's filling gently massages the head, improving blood and lymph circulation—this way, you prevent migraines. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Step 1. Get to know your Plantula and spend a few minutes before bed. This is an important time to adjust the pillow to your body so that it feels just like you. Place your head on it and make sure its thickness is comfortable. Feel free to touch, knead, and move the cover—you'll learn how pliable and comfortable it is.
Step 2. The pillow should perfectly fit your body shape and the position you like to sleep in. If it's the right thickness, great! If it's not, feel free to open the pillow, pour a cup of husk (or more) into a paper or cotton bag, and check if it's comfortable for you. Drain and sprinkle the husk until you get the optimal thickness. Even if you dump half the filling, it'll be fine. Save the excess husk for later; you might end up using more Plantula.
Step 3. If you already know which Plantuli thickness suits you, it's time to shape it! Before lying down on the pillow, make a hollow for your head with your hand and form a roll at the bottom that will support your neck and spine. Move down and see if it's comfortable for you. Move the shell with your arms and shape the pillow until you feel the moment of complete harmony with your body.

NOTICED
You can wash the pillowcase according to the instructions on the label, after first pouring the filling. Do not clean the scale itself. If the pillow gets wet, pour out the envelopes and dry them in a warm, ventilated place. The Plantula pillow is refreshed by frost and sun.
Remember to replace the scales with new ones after one year of use.
