Ingredients

Evening primrose oil containing 70% linoleic acid (LA) and 9% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), capsule shell components (gelatin, humectant: glycerol; purified water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Usage instructions

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) per day with sufficient water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the product's ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Keep out of reach of young children.
